Commissioned with colleague Sarah Jane Richards to create a unified space for this re-located hospital department that would to give an immediate welcome that reflected the level of care that could be expected.

The brief to work directly with patients and to integrate their work into the final designs fits our belief in the positive role that art and creative engagement brings to the healing process and chimed with our method of working directly with staff and clients. The final themes and designs were the result of creative listening through hands on workshops.

We  created a coherent identity inside the new unit,   using focus art works, and colour to create a friendly and positive environment in which to support patients going through the rehabilitation process.
